ICYMI: Maine Music Collective’s One Day Treble Choir!

Labour - Paris Paloma - July 26th, Portland, Maine

Our Company Ethos

Maine Music Collective is a space where strangers become singers, and singers become a community. We gather in rooms across New England to raise our voices together—not for perfection, but for joy.

Our chorus is open to all. You don’t need to read music perfectly, and you’ll never be asked to sing alone. If you can hum, clap, or breathe, you’re ready. Our only requirement is a willingness to show up and sing.

Upcoming Events

ENCORE ONE DAY CHORUS

Labour by Paris Paloma

Saturday, October 4th, 2025, Portland, Maine 2-5pm

You asked, and we delivered! Join us for our encore One Day Chorus on Saturday, October 4th from 2-5PM! This is a Soprano & Alto Treble Chorus, and we will be singing Labour by Paris Paloma. We will meet in our rehearsal space to practice, then we will be performing this publicly in downtown Portland, Maine. Note - once you fill out the registration form, you’ll need to click on your cart and check out to complete your registration if it doesn’t take you there automatically.

Whether you’re a shower singer, a lifelong choir member, or just curious - you’re welcome here. No auditions, no pressure. Just real humans coming together to sing for the joy of it. You don’t need experience - just a little courage and a love for music.

After you register, you'll receive the music and vocal recordings for each part.

We ask everyone to spend some time getting familiar with their part before the big day. That way, when we come together in October, we can dive right into the heart of the music - blending, shaping, and bringing it to life as a group. You’ll meet everyone you’ll be singing with, rehearse for a couple of hours, then we will go to our performance space and sing together, then head home. It’s that easy!

The more confident we are in our parts, the more space we’ll have to explore dynamics, emotion, and that magical sense of singing with each other - not just alongside each other.

PLEASE NOTE: Both video and audio recording will be taking place at these performances.

That way, when we come together in November, we can dive right into the heart of the music—blending, shaping, and bringing it to life as a group. Why We Sing

In a world that often asks us to be quieter, smaller, or more polished, Maine Music Collective invites you to be loud, imperfect, and fully human.

We sing because music is a fundamental human practice.
We sing because we all need spaces to feel, to connect, and to be heard.
We sing because community doesn’t build itself—it’s made one voice at a time.

Maine Music Collective is here to build those spaces—one rehearsal, one voice, one joyful song at a time.

Come sing with us.
